Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize and supervise daily maintenance operations across plant facilities. You will lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to keep machinery and utilities running at peak performance.

You will also develop schedules to minimize disruptions, monitor performance, mentor technicians and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
• Ensure all machinery, utilities, and facilities are maintained at optimal performance levels.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement measures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors.
• Allocate manpower effectively to meet maintenance and operational priorities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead rapid response to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards,and company policies.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, including spare parts and labor costs.
• Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and cost analysis.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
