Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, supervise, and optimize daily maintenance operations across all plant facilities in Singapore. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to sustain peak performance.

The incumbent will oversee technicians and engineers, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety compliance, and manage external contractors and vendors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with min 6 years of experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
• Ensure all machinery, utilities, and facilities are maintained at optimal performance levels.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement measures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead rapid response to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Vendor & Contractor Management.
