Job summary

Singapore Refining Company Private Limited on Jurong Island seeks a maintenance technician to perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment such as piping, pressure vessels, pumps and compressors. The role is based on site at the refinery and requires a Diploma or NITEC in engineering with relevant oil/chemical industry experience.

Candidates without direct refinery experience may still be considered for entry-level positions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in an oil refinery/petrochemical plant.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level positions.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and overhaul on process equipment such as piping, pressure vessel, pump, compressor, etc.
