Job summary

RecruitFirst PteLtd in Singapore is seeking an Recruitment Executive to cover a 1-year contract based at Paya Lebar. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, drive high-volume hiring for blue-collar roles, and coordinate weekend recruitment events. Proactive sourcing across multiple channels and onboarding activities are key responsibilities.

You will work with HR Partners and external agencies to meet hiring goals, maintaining records and KPI reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in HR, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in high-volume/mass recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with job portals.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices.
• Able to support weekend recruitment events when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, offer management and onboarding.
• Drive high-volume recruitment for non-executive/blue-collar positions to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and explore creative sourcing strategies to expand candidate pipelines and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Coordinate with candidates on application documentation and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Organise and support recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews, mass hiring drives and recruitment events.
• Conduct onboarding orientation and induction for new employees.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, personnel files, KPI tracking and recruitment reports.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and external recruitment agencies to fulfil hiring and onboarding requirements.
• Support other recruitment and HR initiatives as required.
