Job summary

ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Projects & Operations Specialist on a 4-month contract to support recruitment projects through screening, vendor engagement, onboarding coordination and compliance. You will manage external vendors, screen candidates, coordinate onboarding, perform KYC checks, handle billing and documentation, and maintain records for audit readiness.

• Strong understanding of candidate screening and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage external vendors to support recruitment projects and workforce requirements.
• Screen and assess job applicants against hiring requirements.
• Coordinate candidate and vendor onboarding activities.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence checks as part of onboarding and compliance processes.
• Manage billing activities, invoice processing, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to operational and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment projects.
