Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring for a short-term HR/Payroll role in Singapore. The contract runs for 4 months and the position involves payroll for about 100 employees, plus HR administration and recruitment tasks. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday at the Lorong Chuan location.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business with at least 2 years of relevant operations experience and can manage compensation and government leave claims as needed.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar with min relevant 2 yrs of operations experience

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll about 100 headcount (System Infotech).
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration.
• Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters.
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews.
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims).
