Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Project Executive to support recruitment projects through candidate screening, vendor engagement, onboarding coordination, and operational processes. You will contribute to the talent lifecycle and help ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

In this role, you will manage external vendors, screen applicants, coordinate onboarding, perform KYC checks, handle billing and documentation, and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency recruitment environment in Singapore
• Strong understanding of candidate screening and recruitment processes
• Meticulous and comfortable handling documentation, compliance checks, and administrative responsibilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage external vendors to support recruitment projects and workforce requirements
• Screen and assess job applicants against hiring requirements
• Coordinate candidate and vendor onboarding activities
• Conduct KYC and due diligence checks as part of onboarding and compliance processes
• Manage billing activities, invoice processing, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to operational and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment projects
