• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes & onboarding admin.
• Use sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn to actively search for potential candidates.
• Screen & assess job applicants.
• Coordinate interviews & manage job offers.
• Assist in data entry & administrative tasks.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
