RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a recruitment professional to source and identify suitable candidates through active sourcing, headhunting, and screening. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessment, and timely feedback, and handle offer management, salary negotiations, and provide recruitment market insights to clients and candidates.

This is a permanent role based in Orchard, Singapore, with a salary up to SGD 4,500 per month

Job Details:

• Location: Orchard
• Salary: Up to $4500/month (Basic + Comm)
• Duration: Perm
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Source and identify suitable candidates through active sourcing, headhunting, and screening.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessment, and timely feedback.
• Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and provide recruitment market insights to clients and candidates.
