RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a 2-year contract to oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple channels and events. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers to fill high-volume positions.

You will work with hiring managers, HR partners, and operations teams to meet monthly targets, including attendance at recruitment fairs and weekend events.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably high-volume.
• Experience recruiting operational or frontline roles is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple vacancies.

Duration: 2 year conract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.45pm (weekend may be needed for recruitment events)
Location: PayaLebar / various recruitment fair locations
Salary: up to $4200 basic + 1 month bonus after each year of completion

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary proposals and offer management.

• Drive high-volume recruitment initiatives to meet monthly hiring targets for operational and non-executive positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels.

• Plan, coordinate and participate in recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews and mass hiring events.

• Work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to fulfil recruitment requirements.

• Follow up with candidates on documentation, pre-employment requirements and onboarding arrangements.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, monitor hiring progress and prepare recruitment reports.

• Explore creative sourcing strategies to improve candidate attraction and recruitment outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or mass recruitment.

• Experience in recruiting operational, frontline or blue-collar workers will be advantageous.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple vacancies.

• Willing to travel to recruitment fair locations and support weekend events when required.
