Job summary

Scientec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our recruitment team in HarbourFront.

No experience is required; we provide structured training and guidance to help candidates find opportunities while supporting clients with hiring needs. This is a hybrid, full-time role with a basic salary plus uncapped commission and monthly incentives. Perks include annual leave, comprehensive medical plan, and a corporate phone and laptop.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer and placement
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' experience and suitability
• Coordinate interviews, offers onboarding arrangements and follow-ups
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
