Qualifications

• Proven track record in agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Corporate Functions, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial sectors is valued.
• Valid Singapore CEI certification.
• Strong commercial mindset with business development focus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore's talent landscape and hiring market trends is advantageous.
