• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to provide ongoing talent solutions and support global mobility.
• Collaborate with global consultants to leverage the international network for optimal talent sourcing and enhanced client service.
• Apply self-motivation and professionalism to achieve success in a fast-paced, commercial recruitment environment without KPI constraints.
• Participate actively in comprehensive 360-degree training programs, including coaching, classroom, and online learning, to enhance recruitment expertise.
• Drive personal career development by aligning learning activities with individual needs and utilizing coaching support.
