Hudson Singapore is seeking ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our Engineering & Industrial practice. You will recruit technical/engineering talent across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region, building relationships with clients and candidates and delivering placements.

As a Consultant/Lead, you'll manage the full lifecycle from BD to placement, exceed targets, and collaborate across markets to drive regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency recruitment with a track record in 360 recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Industrial or related sectors.
• Strong BD and sales capabilities with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

You’ll recruit technical/engineering talent across a diverse range of industries including Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Technology, and Supply Chain. You’ll work on roles spanning engineering, operations, project management, technical sales, business development, maintenance, quality, manufacturing excellence, and leadership positions.

• Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Corporate Functions, Industrial, or related sectors.
• Singapore CEI Certification.
• Strong business development and sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
• A results‑oriented mindset with the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of the Singapore recruitment market and regional hiring trends is advantageous.
