Job summary

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join our Campus Recruiting team in Singapore. You’ll focus on building deep, long-term relationships with students and universities to ensure HRT consistently connects with the strongest emerging technical talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, university relations, program management, events management, or similar spaces.
• Mandarin proficiency is a huge plus.
• Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus experience working with analytics/reporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source and build relationships with top technical talent at campuses in APAC
• Identify and establish relationships with key campus stakeholders (faculty, info sessions, networking events, etc.) and position HRT as a top employer for students
• Frequent travel to campuses to host recruiting events and act as a brand ambassador for HRT
• Own, plan, and execute end to end recruiting events at campuses
• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to design and execute highly efficient interview processes that identify top talent
• Lead candidates through the interview process with a focus on candidate experience, and collaborate with stakeholders on updates to our evaluation processes
• Build strong relationships with interns, partner with mentors and hiring managers on intern evaluation, and support some programmatic elements
• Collaborate with hiring managers on defining key candidate profiles, developing and iterating on interview processes, and maintaining a high hiring bar

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Campus Recruiting team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll focus on building deep, long-term relationships with students and universities to ensure HRT consistently connects with the strongest emerging technical talent.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and impact on HRT’s campus talent strategy, while having the support of a highly collaborative and global team. You’ll touch every aspect of campus recruiting, including talent attraction (sourcing, marketing, and events) and talent evaluation (interviews and offers) to bring outstanding talent to HRT.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Source and build relationships with top technical talent at campuses in APAC
