Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to support either campus intern hiring or experienced hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews across markets.

A focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding is essential. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate problem-solving

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and results orientation.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for campus intern roles or experienced hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, roles, and timelines.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, portals and campus channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders across markets.
Deliver a smooth candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the ATS and drive recruitment process improvements.
