Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking energetic recruitment professionals to fulfill clients' staffing needs. No experience required; on-job training provided and a start-up environment with a welcoming culture.

You will source resumes, interview and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and nurture relationships with clients and jobseekers, with ample personal growth and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is required.
• Entry level to experienced consultants welcome.
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• CEI certification is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill clients' staffing needs as a recruiter.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Source resumes, conduct interviews and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Develop new business and manage relationships with existing accounts.
• Network with business partners and jobseekers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties.

Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.
• Handle 360 degree of recruitment from candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
• Sourcing resumes ,conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.
• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers.
• Other ad-hoc duties apply.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• CEI certified would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.
