Job summary

Refresh Laser Clinic Bedok Pte Ltd is looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our clinic in Singapore. You will handle phone and SMS enquiries, schedule and track appointments, and assist with patient intake.

You will greet patients on arrival, verify treatment details, enter patient information into the system, process payments, and help maintain a clean, organized front desk. This role offers attractive incentives and a steady, on-site schedule.

• Handle phone and SMS enquiries and tracking of appointments
• Confirm, schedule and/or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patients
• Follow up calls/SMS
• Receive and greet patients on arrival, confirming treatment and registering patients
• Data entry of patient information in the system
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
• Process payments using different payment modes

Job description

• 1. Handle phone / sms enquiries and tracking of appointments
• 2. Confirm , schedule and / or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patient (SM & Tracking goggle sheet)
• 3. Follow up call / sms4. Receiving and Greeting patients upon arriving , confirming the right treatment and registering patients
