ABC Cooking Studio Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet walk-in customers and help with lesson scheduling. You will manage front-desk tasks, answer calls, and support payments or registrations when needed.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays. The candidate should be organized and capable of independent work in a busy studio setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist, customer service, front desk or related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good organisational skills and able to handle basic administrative tasks.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and lesson scheduling.
• Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
• Assist studio manager to key regular lessons to the Abbey system.
• Assist studio manager in handling and processing payments or registrations when required.
