Job summary

PILADAY PTE. LTD. seeks a warm, organised Front Desk Resident for its Holland Village studio in Singapore. This part-time role places you at the heart of studio operations, greeting clients and supporting instructors and management.

You’ll handle bookings, onboarding, payments, and records while maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate with customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English is essential.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is a plus; training provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing the studio experience from arrival to departure.
• Handling bookings, scheduling, and appointment coordination for private and group sessions.
• Onboarding new clients and explaining registration and studio policies.
• Managing payments, invoicing, and billing enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate client records in the booking system.
• Monitoring attendance, late cancellations, and no-shows per policy.
• Keeping the studio clean, stocked, and running smoothly during shifts.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team.
