Singapore Polo Club is seeking a friendly Receptionist cum Retail Assistant to welcome members and guests and support day-to-day operations of our retail outlet at the club.

The role blends front desk duties with retail sales, cashiering and customer service, requiring good communication, basic math skills and the ability to work weekends as rostered.

Qualificações

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Experience in reception, customer service, retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Pleasant, friendly and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numerical and cashiering skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to members, guests at the reception counter in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and general administrative matters.
• Assist with member and guest check-in, appointments and other front desk services.
• Provide information on Club facilities, activities, events and membership matters.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, including attending to customers and recommending suitable products.
• Handle sales transactions, cashiering and payment collection accurately.
• Maintain proper records of sales, payments and inventory.
• Receive, check and arrange retail merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock-taking and replenishment.
• Assist with promotions, events and other Club activities when required.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
