GOLDWOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our store team across multiple locations. You will deliver an excellent shopping experience, maintain product displays, and support daily store operations.

You will greet customers, provide recommendations, and handle cashiering, refunds, exchanges, and promotions. The role suits individuals with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a tourist-centric environment.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and tourist-centric environment.
• Ability to stand for long hours and carry out light physical duties.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
