Responsibilities include handling calls and enquiries, maintaining records, coordinating events, and assisting with first aid when needed.

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant (West side) to support the daily operations of the school's General Office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors while providing administrative support and basic first aid assistance.
Attend to unwell or injured students and administer basic first aid when required.
Manage the school's reception counter and provide excellent customer service to visitors.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Maintain and replenish office and first aid supplies, including managing the loan of first aid kits.
Update and maintain student records, attendance, and other administrative databases.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
Assist in the planning and coordination of school events and activities.
Support the General Office with day-to-day administrative operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the school.
Post-secondary qualification (e.g. Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma) or equivalent.
Valid First Aid with CPR & AED certification.
Prior experience in reception and general administration, preferably in a school environment.
Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
A positive team player who is organised, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Patient, approachable, and able to remain calm when attending to students and visitors.
