Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Receiving) to support receiving, inspection, and documentation of goods entering the warehouse. You will help maintain organized storage and assist with related administrative tasks within a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates have O-Level/Nitec in logistics, prior warehouse exposure, and basic computer skills to use inventory systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies in daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damages.
• Document and record all received goods in the inventory system.
• Organize and store products in designated locations following safety protocols.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and related inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors on discrepancies or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Support physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Assist with loading/unloading and order picking as needed.
