is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, kitting, and dispatch of materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and organization. The role requires an O Level or equivalent qualification, 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, basic understanding of inventory control, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a team environment.

Qualifications

• O Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Comply with safety requirements and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Store Supervisor and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials, and coordinate the dispatch of outgoing finished goods.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices through adherence to 5S standards and ensure stock cards are updated accurately and promptly.
• Ensure accurate kitting of materials to support production requirements.
• Assist with the delivery and shipment of finished goods, verifying that all required documentation is complete and accurate before dispatch.
• Participate in stock-taking activities and promptly report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
