Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or coordination role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing and dispatching goods to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Assist in supervising staff and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of stock, deliveries and shipments.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments to enable timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout for optimal space usage and accessibility.
• Support training of new staff on procedures and safety measures.
