Job summary

Qualifications

• O-Level or Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damages.
• Document and record all received goods in the inventory system.
• Organize and store incoming products in designated locations.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and related inventory documents.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding shipment discrepancies or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Support physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Assist with loading/unloading and order picking.
