Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Space Processes & Experience team within the Workplace Design and Solutions center of excellence. You will drive process optimisation across RE&F and other corporate services, delivering multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, user experience across the real estate portfolio, and governance through standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in space process consulting, change management, real estate management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing by objectives and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify user pain points and risks in processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the real estate business to analyze processes, identify issues, propose solutions, and improve operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.
• Enhance workplace user experience by analyzing the real estate portfolio and user behaviour, developing objective experience metrics, and driving innovation in workplace experience.
• Plan, deliver, and oversee multiple RE&F projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders; track progress and propose improvements.
• Lead standardisation of business processes and continuously improve quality and governance.
