Job summary

ByteDance PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to join the Space Processes & Experience (SPX) team within the Workplace Design and Solutions centre. You will analyse real estate processes, identify issues, and drive efficiency across cross-functional teams.

You will lead multiple RE&F projects, coordinate with Real Estate and wider organization, and push standardisation of business processes to improve governance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in space process consulting, change management, or real estate management.
• Strong user experience awareness and process risk identification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
