Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Real Estate Operations Support professional to help implement the Group's real estate strategy and manage the portfolio. The role emphasizes governance, lease administration, and space optimisation across the Group.

You will assist in strategic planning, master planning, and process improvements to ensure efficient real estate operations and collaboration with diverse teams. Strong organisational skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably Real Estate or Facilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the group's real estate strategy and governance standards.
• Assist in planning and management of the real estate portfolio, including lease administration and space optimisation.
• Contribute to development and continual improvement of real estate processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in strategising, planning and implementing the Group's real estate master plan to optimise space usage.
• Monitor and improve space usage across the portfolio and support negotiations with authorities.
• Help manage real estate transactions end-to-end and maintain lease records.
• Maintain space standards and workplace guidelines for consistency across the Group.
• Prepare regular updates on portfolio performance and project status for department heads and executives.
• Collaborate with BAs/BUs to facilitate smooth strategy implementation.
• Support internal and external lease management and ensure best practices are applied.
