Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication & organizational skills.
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship & willing to travel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist APAC real estate portfolio tracking and space planning.
• Assess workspace requirements and support solution development from feasibility and cost perspectives.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for communication and negotiations.
• Support daily space operations and improve workflows and planning processes.
• Conduct data analysis, market research, and prepare reports for decision-making.
