Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an APAC Space Planning and Operation Analyst Graduate to support real estate strategies across the region. You will track occupancy, optimize seating and spaces, and forecast demand to balance cost and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently completing one in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and translate business requirements into practical real estate solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able and willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC real estate portfolio tracking and space planning, including occupancy, seating capacity, business demand and supply-demand forecasting.
• Assess workplace requirements such as workstations, meeting rooms and functional spaces, and develop solutions balancing feasibility, efficiency, cost and employee experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, negotiation, project execution and issue resolution.
• Manage day-to-day space operations and drive improvements to workflows, systems and planning processes.
• Conduct data analysis, market research and benchmarking, and translate insights into recommendations and decision-making materials.
