Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle from tender through post-contract. You will work across multiple projects and bids, coordinating with Project Managers and Bid Managers to manage claims, EOT, and variations.

The role demands 5+ years in rail signaling/related fields, strong English communication, and experience with contract forms such as FIDIC. Based in Singapore, you will support regional teams and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Communications/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Rail Signaling/Communications/Security System/Building/Civil projects or similar.
• Minimum 5 years in contract, claims, and EOT management.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the entire project cycle from tender to post-contract stage with a focus on contract review and advising stakeholders.
• Work on multiple projects and bids and collaborate with Project Managers and Bid Managers.
• Manage contract deliverables, milestones, and risks; prepare monthly progress reports.
• Assist Head of Contracts in overseeing projects, bids and procurement activities.
• Attend bids and project meetings and coordinate with SE Asia regional teams.
