Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore invites applications for Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (Civil). You will oversee contracts for rail and road projects, including stations, tunnels and viaducts, ensuring administration aligns with contract provisions and procedures.

The role covers cashflow forecasting, procurement and tender document preparation, cost data analysis, post-award administration and handling of payments, claims and variations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying / Infrastructure and Project Management.
• Experience in cost estimation, contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering / construction projects.
• Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts specific to engineering or construction projects.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on a diverse range of contracts for road and rail projects including construction of stations, tunnels and viaducts.
• Administer contracts in line with contract provisions and proper procedures, including cashflow / budgetary forecasts, and variation orders.
• Prepare procurement and tender documents, perform cost data analysis, and oversee award of civil contracts.
• Manage payments, claims and post-award contract administration.
