Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd is seeking a P&C Programme Executive to support the planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery integration of asset renewal programmes. The role acts as the PMO's central coordinator for execution activities, liaising with project leads, asset owners and operations to align with approved plans and milestones.

Responsibilities include maintaining master schedules, coordinating interfaces across multiple projects, tracking progress and risks, and delivering performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO or infrastructure delivery environments.
• Experience supporting engineering, rail, transportation or asset renewal projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the programme master schedule.
• Consolidate project schedules into an integrated programme plan; monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate engagements between project teams and operational stakeholders and facilities.
• Monitor programme resource requirements and utilisation; consolidate deployment plans.
• Maintain programme delivery risk and issue registers and track mitigation actions.
• Track project changes affecting programme schedules and dependencies; ensure updates are reflected in plans.
