Job summary

Hegen in Singapore is seeking an R&D Project Manager to drive development and launch of new products, collaborating with Business, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners across the product lifecycle.

You will establish milestones, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and translate innovations into executable plans, ensuring high-quality, commercially viable products for parents and families.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Experience leading end-to-end NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Strong governance, planning, budgeting and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners.
• Proven stakeholder management and decision-making without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate product concepts into structured development plans with milestones.
• Lead end-to-end NPD and design-change projects from concept through launch.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Drive project governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
• Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement.
