Job summary

Randstad Singapore is partnering with a leading FMCG/retail client to recruit a Product Manager responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of strategic house brands. You will own concepts from supplier identification and cost negotiations through production, shipping, and nationwide retail launch.

Qualifications

Degree-qualified with a strong background in FMCG or retail, preferably in food.
Experience running sourcing tenders and cost analysis; understanding of supply chains.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development from concept and sourcing to production and nationwide launch.
Execute sourcing tenders and build bottom-up cost models to negotiate terms on pricing, volume, logistics, and quality.
Serve as the central link between Food Safety, Marketing and Supply Chain to translate requirements into specs.
Cultivate long-term supplier partnerships through business reviews and continuous improvement.
Monitor inventory forecasts, analyze market trends and plan promotions to drive sales.
