Job summary

jobster private ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to own multiple product capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration in a Singapore-based role.

You will shape the roadmap, define outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and vendors to deliver value through iterative Agile delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to drive cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant product management or digital product delivery experience.
• Strong outcome-oriented product thinking with evidence-based prioritisation.
• Experience owning product capabilities from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Familiarity with Agile product development and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple product capabilities end-to-end: discovery, backlog, delivery, launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and vendors to deliver iteratively using Agile/Scrum.
• Define success metrics and use analytics, feedback and experiments to drive improvements.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain clear governance with vendors while retaining internal ownership of outcomes.
