Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hardware design engineer to translate product requirements into cost-effective hardware solutions.

You will drive improvements in performance, quality and manufacturability through careful component selection, schematic design, and circuit bring-up. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware integration and successful introduction into manufacturing, while partnering with Quality to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit and PCB design for consumer or high-volume products.
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of DFQ, EMC, and DFx for volume manufacturing and reliability.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, FMEA, and statistical tools is a plus.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate product requirements into innovative and cost-effective hardware solutions, driving improvements in performance, quality, manufacturability, and efficiency through component selection, schematic design, circuit bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product development teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware deliverables and successful product introduction into manufacturing.
• Partner with the Quality team to develop and execute comprehensive test and qualification plans to ensure product robustness, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit and PCB design for consumer or high-volume products.
• Strong foundation in electronic engineering principles, analog and digital circuit design, and microprocessor-based systems.
• Knowledge of Design for Quality (DFQ), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and DFx methodologies to support volume manufacturing and product reliability.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is an advantage.
• Experience with circuit simulation and analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to engineering challenges.
