Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Electronics Hardware Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to translate product requirements into innovative, cost-effective hardware solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware into manufacturing and drive rigorous test/qualification plans for reliability. The role emphasizes DFQ/EMC proficiency, circuit design and debugging, and collaboration with Quality to ensure product

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit and PCB design for consumer or high-volume products.
• Strong foundation in electronic engineering principles, analog and digital circuit design, and microprocessor-based systems.
• Knowledge of Design for Quality (DFQ), EMC, and DFx methodologies to support volume manufacturing and product reliability.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, Six Sigma, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is an advantage.
• Experience with circuit simulation and analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a systemic approach to engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into hardware solutions, driving improvements in performance, quality, manufacturability, and efficiency through component selection, schematic design, circuit bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product development teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware deliverables and successful product introduction into manufacturing.
• Partner with the Quality team to develop and execute comprehensive test and qualification plans to ensure product robustness, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
