Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hardware design engineer to translate product requirements into cost-effective hardware solutions.

You will drive improvements in performance, quality and manufacturability through careful component selection, schematic design, and circuit bring-up. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware integration and successful introduction into manufacturing, while partnering with Quality to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit and PCB design for consumer or high-volume products.
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of DFQ, EMC, and DFx for volume manufacturing and reliability.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, FMEA, and statistical tools is a plus.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into innovative hardware solutions, driving performance, quality, manufacturability, and efficiency through component selection and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware deliverables and manufacturing introduction.
• Partner with Quality to develop test and qualification plans for product robustness and reliability.
