Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Prepare and submit tender documents.
• Prepare product specification sheets and catalogues.
• Request prices and information from suppliers.
• Update and revise quotations when required.
• Keep track of quotation and tender deadlines.
• Maintain proper project and quotation records.
• Coordinate with the sales, design and project teams.
• Provide general sales and administrative support.
