Job summary

GREENTECH INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Procurement Coordinator to manage inquiries, review tender documents, source from suppliers, and support quotations for customer projects.

You will liaise with manufacturers for drawings and certificates, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on quotes and orders. The role requires a formal electrical engineering qualification and 1–2 years of experience with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/ Certification) required.
• 1–2 years of working experience preferred.
• Experience with Material Take Off in an M&E environment is a plus.
• Electrical product knowledge is essential.
• Resourceful and results oriented attitude required.
• Team player with good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries and review tender documents.
• Source from various suppliers/manufacturers to fulfill customer project requirements.
• Support Outdoor Sales on preparation of quotations.
• Follow up on quotation status and closing of orders.
• Liaise with manufacturers on documentation submission such as drawings & certificates.
• Work closely with manufacturers to meet customer delivery deadlines.
