Job summary

Ng Wah Hong Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist the Sales Team with quotations, costing, invoicing and related documents. You will handle walk-in customers, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and monitor project progress from a sales-admin perspective.

The role requires 1–2 years of admin or sales support experience and a Diploma or equivalent. Strong Excel/Word skills and customer service focus are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of administrative, sales support, project administration or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a plus.
• Basic understanding of costing, invoicing and Accounts Receivable/payment follow-up.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Organised, meticulous and able to follow up on multiple matters simultaneously.
• Able to coordinate across departments and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to provide cross-department support when required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in preparing and processing quotations, costing, invoices and sales documents.
• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries via phone and email.
• Monitor projects from sales and administrative perspectives; liaise with Operations for progress updates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and customer records.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing/Supply Chain on orders and billing.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and AR ageing; send invoices and statements.
