Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service.
• Experience in industrial products, building industry, or service-related industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Administrative Functions: prepare quotations, follow up on confirmations, and process sales orders; coordinate work orders and maintain sales documentation.
• Customer Service & Account Support: build and maintain relationships with assigned customers; follow up with customers to gather feedback and provide service support; assist in engagement activities and visits.
• Credit Control: follow up with customers on payment status and outstanding balances.
• Sales & Business Support: gather market information; support marketing and BD activities; assist sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
