Job summary

Q-Fraud seeks a CTO to lead all technical efforts from day one in Singapore. You will own the architectural foundation, guide PoCs with real-world partners, and build a scalable product.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree with quantum focus, central to education.
• Several years as engineer/architect/leader in deep tech, AI, or quantum computing.
• Experience building PoCs, MVPs, or near-production prototypes.
• Startup or venture experience is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial drive is essential.
• Fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical co-founder and designated technical leader of Q-Fraud.
• Build the technological foundation and lead it long term as the first permanent CTO.
• Define and implement the technical roadmap from validation to scalable product.
• Own technical investment and PoC readiness; coordinate with partners for data access.
• Explain complex technology to investors, partners, and customers.
• Co-design and implement the first technical prototype and PoC system hands-on.
