QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey seeks a technical leader in Singapore to drive architecture and deliver scalable software systems. You will mentor engineers, set standards, and advise on AI-enabled technology choices for clients.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust software foundations, accelerate AI adoption, and deliver tangible business value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Frontend and backend expertise across major frameworks (JS/TS, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js).
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Docker, CircleCI).
• Designing and managing REST and GraphQL APIs with scalable architectures.
• Leading cross-functional engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Security-first mindset with testing strategies and code quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex software systems and API ecosystems.
• Mentor engineers at all levels and drive engineering standards.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure production-ready code and robust, cost-efficient cloud architectures.
