Job summary

National University of Singapore's Centre for Quantum Technologies seeks a Project Manager (Quantum Algorithms & Software Applications) to drive a new programme on advanced quantum algorithms and solutions in Singapore.

You will coordinate researchers across institutions and engage industry partners to translate quantum research into practical use-cases, while managing timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM; or BSc with 10+ years of PM/research experience.
• Understanding of Singapore's quantum RIE ecosystem is a plus.
• Ph.D. is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for quantum algorithms programmes.
• Coordinate researchers, grantors, outreach, and external stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Track timelines, budgeting, and produce updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day programme operations and administrative functions.
