Qualifications

• PhD, Masters or Bachelors in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years in advanced packaging or 3D integration.
• Expertise in wafer-level packaging, hybrid bonding, TSV, and related technologies.
• Experience with DOE, data analysis, process optimization, and RCA.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D integration and packaging solutions for platforms and quantum structures.
• Collaborate with packaging, process, hardware, and metrology teams to develop materials and processes.
• Design, collect data, analyze and report on complex process experiments.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot engineering issues.
• Generate internal and external documentation for products and reports.
• Design experiments and measure material and device properties; interpret data.
• Stay current with 3D integration and quantum information advances and implement new tech.
• Collaborate with customers, startups, or universities to identify problems and enable solutions.
