Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle pre- and post-contract activities in construction projects in Singapore.

You will liaise with project, purchase and finance teams to provide monthly project costing and revenue, and you will update databases with accuracy. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 2 years of related experience, strong numeracy, and meticulous analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in related field.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Meticulous with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-contract activities in construction projects.
• Coordinate with project, purchase and finance teams on monthly costing and revenue.
• Update and verify project and production databases.
• Assist in budgeting, specifications, contract claims and final settlements.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and payment certifications.
• Ensure documents comply with Company SOP standards.
• Other QS duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
